Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We have an extended 90 Days return policy over the Christmas Period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do no cover the return shipping cost unless the return is a fault of ours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make sure it is correctly immediately. We will organise the return of a defective or incorrect item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products we sell cannot be returned, such as personalised embroidery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Also, we cannot except returns on Riding Helmets, Body Protectors and Airvests as they are safety items.
Refunds
Upon return of your item, we will refund you within 1-2 days.
